Our comprehensive face to face interviews with claimants cover areas including Education and Employment Background, Pre-Disability Occupation and Duties, Claim Circumstances, Medical Treatment, Current Symptoms, Medical History, Previous Claims, Current Activities, Other Insurance Benefits, Financial Details and Rehabilitation. Relevant information may also be obtained from other sources, such as interviews conducted with witnesses, work colleagues, employers, advisers, doctors and accountants, which can assist in the management of a claim. We are equipped to undertake audio recorded interviews as required, provided consent has been granted.

Statements - our experienced assessors and investigators are able to conduct interviews with witnesses, work colleagues, employers, advisers, doctors and accountants. We are able to formalise such information into a statement, Statutory Declaration or Affidavit as required.
